Types

- Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine: Relies on the mutual extrusion between the ring die and the pressure roller to form materials through the die holes, producing pellets with high density, smooth appearance, and good stability. 
- Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine: The pressure roller rolls on the flat die to extrude materials into pellets. It has a simple structure and lower cost, making it suitable for small-scale farmers or applications with low production requirements. 
- Double Roller Feed Pellet Machine: Extrudes materials through two relatively rotating pressure rollers, compressing the materials into pellets in the gap between the rollers. 

Working Principle

- Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine: The motor drives the ring die to rotate, and the pressure roller rolls on the inner surface of the ring die. Under the extrusion and friction between the pressure roller and the ring die, the material is extruded through the die holes to form pellets.
- Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine: The motor drives the main shaft to rotate via a reducer. Raw materials are added from the hopper and evenly spread on the flat die under gravity and the action of the scraper. The main shaft drives the pressure roller to rotate, squeezing the material into the flat die holes for solidification and forming.
